After stumbling across an article on the web, I think this feeling I have is food fermenting in my belly. My breath is always yucky and I cannot gain any weight. I am 98 pounds. I feel like the supplements I take are not going to help me because I’m probably not absorbing them due to poor guy health.

I suffered from LPR 15 years before I myself diagnosed myself beacuase no doctor could! I know your pain. I started taking HCL Betaine with high protein meals and I try my best not to mix food groups such as carbs and protein.
Thanks, Rich. It can – but we’d suggest doing this test 2-3 times, to get a better measure of where your stomach acid levels are. While it is obvious to me that either the combination of supplements or one in particular is the reason for the onset of acid reflux and heartburn; it has been very difficult for me to determine which path to resume without further damaging my health.

Thanks arletta I am quite sure I am suffering from law stomach acid but whenever I take Apple cider ( one spoon in water) before meal I feel burning sensation in stomach and chest on second day and on third day it becomes pain in chest .
